Onyx Rituals provides wellness and therapeutic sessions including sound healing, massage, energy work, holistic treatments, breathwork, meditation, yoga. We are based and operate in Cornwall, United Kingdom.

2. Bookings & Payments

a. All bookings must be made through the Website or as authorised in writing by us.
b. Payment must be received in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
c. You confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you have the authority to use the payment method provided.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

a. All bookings and payments are non-refundable.
b. If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may request to reschedule in accordance with clause 4.

4. Rescheduling

a. You may request to reschedule a session subject to availability.
b. Rescheduling requests must be made at least [insert number] hours/days before the appointment start time.
c. We are not obliged to reschedule if there is no availability. If we are able to reschedule, your booking will be moved to a new date/time at no additional cost provided the request meets the timing requirements in 4(b).

5. Cancellation by the Practitioner

a. In rare circumstances, the practitioner may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen events (e.g., illness, emergency, equipment failure, weather).
b. If we cancel your session, we will offer you the choice of:
• A full refund for the cancelled session, or
• Transferring your booking to another available date/time.
c. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if a cancellation is required.

6. Your Responsibilities

a. Arrive on time for your session. Late arrival may result in reduced session time.
b. Disclose any relevant health, medical or physical conditions before your session. We may refuse to provide or modify Services if deemed necessary for safety.
c. Follow any guidelines, instructions, or requirements the practitioner provides.

7. Health & Medical

a. Services offered are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
b. If you have any health concerns, conditions, or are pregnant, you should seek medical advice before booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
a. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Website or Services.
b. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service.
c. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
